Meal plans and grocery lists are generated by AI and may not always be accurate or suitable for your household's needs. Alice is not a nutritional or medical advisor. You are responsible for reviewing plans before preparing or purchasing food, including verifying that ingredients are safe for all household members.
When you connect a grocery store account, Alice acts on your behalf to search products and add items to your cart. Alice does not guarantee product availability, pricing, or successful cart submission. All purchases are completed through the store's own checkout and are your responsibility.
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Alice may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or abuse the service.
Alice is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including food safety issues, allergic reactions, or incorrect grocery orders. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid in the twelve months preceding the claim.
We may update these terms as the service evolves. Material changes will be communicated via email (if opted in). Continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
